Abstract Submission Guidelines

To facilitate the abstract submission process and the subsequent follow up process, please consider the following guidelines and deadlines mentioned.

Abstract Submission

  • Submit your abstract to com7figseoul@gmail.com

  • Abstracts Submission Deadline: 12 July 2019

  • Notification of Acceptance: 17 July 2019

Abstract Structure

  • Format : Text should be typed on MS WORD in single line spacing (of 12 character spaces) using Times New Roman 12, text justified

  • Paper size: A4 (210mm x 297 mm), with clear margins as follows: top, left and right 25mm/ bottom 50mm / header and footer 20mm (Keep empty)

  • Language: English

  • Title : Bold letters Times New Roman 14 (centered), leave one line empty (14) after the title

  • Author and co-authors: Times New Roman 12 (centered, bold), and country. Leave two lines empty (12) after the name

  • Keywords: Four or five key words on theme (Times New Roman 12, ranged left), leave two lines empty (12) after keywords

  • Please send in a brief personal information together with the abstract

  • Your 250-300 words abstract describing the objectives, results and conclusions

  • Please feel free to submit an abstract on any topic related to the specific sessions below
